At
Renovo we have invested heavily in the latest tooling technology to ensure we can rapidly design, prototype, develop and deliver highly cost effective solutions that provide you real measurable value.
Couple this with the latest in computer drafting, design, modeling and visualisation tools, this further enables us to visualise the the solution before we commit to any production tooling. Ultimately this helps reduce time and money.
Our staff are trained and certified in the latest methodology from computer programming to industrial design and project managment. Further strengthening our commitment to deliver your project within scope, on time and to budget!
Below shows an example of our design methodology. A light aircraft elevator trim console.
The design is first conceived and drawn in 2D ortho projections. These drawing are then imported and modeled in 3D to ensure all the parts fit correctly. Finally, the design is committed to production, all parts are cut and the unit is assemebled, tested and then installed.
